Terms of Sale – OnWater AB

Ordering products

To shop with us, place desired products in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. There, you fill in your details and choose a payment method.

You can also order by email at info@onwater.se or by phone.

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT (25%) unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs are added and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of errors, changes from suppliers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment

Payment is made via Shopify Payments.

Through Shopify Payments, we offer several payment methods, including:

  • Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Direct payment
  • Klarna (invoice, partial payment, or direct payment where available)

For payments via Klarna, Klarna's own terms and conditions apply, which are presented at checkout.

Card payments are debited only when your order is shipped.

Order Confirmation

When you complete a purchase, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your provided email address.

If you have not received a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery

Delivery time is normally 3-7 business days for stock items.

We ship orders on weekdays.

Your order will be delivered with an appropriate shipping method depending on size:

  • Smaller packages: to a service point (DHL Service Point) or mailbox
  • Larger items: home delivery

For delivery of larger goods, it is important that you are available for reception.

If a delivery needs to be rebooked or returned, extra costs may apply.

Shipping

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before purchase.

In some cases (e.g., islands or hard-to-reach addresses), shipping may need to be adjusted. In such cases, we will contact you before the order is shipped.

Transit Damage

Always check the packaging upon receipt.

Any damages should be reported directly to the carrier and to us as soon as possible.

Stock Status

The stock status of products is displayed on the product page.

If an item is out of stock despite this, we will contact you with alternatives or a new delivery time.

You then have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, from the date you received the item.

For cancelled purchases:

  • You are responsible for return shipping
  • The item must be returned in its original condition

Refund will be made after we have received and inspected the item.

Returns & Complaints

For returns or exchanges, please contact us first at info@onwater.se.

For complaints:

  • Send pictures and a description of the defect
  • We handle the matter according to the Consumer Purchase Act

Warranty

We follow the warranty terms of the respective supplier.
